Don’t worry about dropping your gaff over board- Remora’s gaffs float. Remora’s gaffs are available in a highly visible yellow or high gloss black. The gaff handle / shaft is an extra strong tapered hollow fiberglass blank.
The grips are a top grade foam providing a nonslip grip. The hooks are Mustad heavy-duty, high carbon steel with a Duratin coating which helps in preventing saltwater corrosion.
